You cant program "common sense".
It all boils down, once again, to personal responsibility.
Human error will always be a factor.

Bole's suggestion is a tad off the wall simply because if a vehicle becomes disabled, even for a couple of minutes, it then is a hazard to other drivers.

The author talks like she has a mouse in her pocket. "we were a teenager once upon a time".

How about the car shuts off and coasts to a stop for 5 minutes if the speed limit is exceeded by 3mph.report abuse
